2002 - Present USAF, 92 Operations Group, Fairchild AFB, WA OPERATIONAL TEST PILOT/INSTRUCTOR FOR GLOBAL AIR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT AVIONICS PLATFORM Development and testing of a $1.2 billion program to upgrade the avionics on the KC-135 fleet. Wing focal point for aircraft conversion, testing, and training for 307 crew members. Operations group commander's GATM training advisor. 1999-2002 USAF, 97th Air Refueling Squadron, Fairchild AFB, WA CHIEF PILOT, OPERATIONS GROUP TRAINING Oversees operations scheduling and training to maximize quality and effectiveness. Wing focal point for converting 13,600 flying hours worth $32.4 million into mission training for 307 crew members. Responsible for 50 different training courses and two multimillion-dollar simulators 1998-1999 USAF, 203rd Air Refueling Squadron, Hickam AFB, WA AIR FORCE ADVISOR FOR HAWAII AIR NATIONAL GUARD SQUADRON Advised the Commanders on all matters concerning pilot training systems and operations with emphasis on continuing unit activation to mission-ready status. Provided oversight of standardization among all crew specialties. 1990-1993 USAF, 43rd Air Refueling Squadron, Fairchild AFB, WA INSTRUCTOR/EVALUATOR TRAINING FLIGHT Responsible for performing flight and ground training of all squadron and assigned wing staff crew members. Developed courses and tests to improve the combat aircrews' capability to support wartime and contingency commitments. Conducted ground and in-flight instruction for qualification, re-qualification, difference, upgrade, and corrective training. Career counselor and supervisor for 19 officer and enlisted combat crewmembers. Prepared quarterly, monthly and weekly training plans for the flight. 1984-1990 USAF, 906th Air Refueling Squadron, Minot AFB, ND PILOT/AIRCRAFT COMMANDER KC-135 Supervised and evaluated a crew of four crewmembers in their duties.
